Chapter 34. TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES

§ 34-3. Restricted road use.

(a)

The following road weight limitations are hereby enacted:

Single Axle Vehicles Only

8th Street, from Lang Avenue to Godley
Avenue, from 8th Street to City Limits

(b)

Signs designating the restricted use of these roads shall be erected.

(c)

Penalty. Violations of this section shall be misdemeanors and, upon conviction of same, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.00 or imprisonment for not more than 60 days, or both.
