§ 4-42. Required distance of place of business from school, college campus, a fee simple ownership church, playground, alcohol treatment center, housing authority property.

No license shall be issued for the sale, either at retail or wholesale, of alcoholic beverages if the sale of such beverages would be unlawful under O.C.G.A. § 3-3-21, or any other state law.
