§ 2-252. Personal liability.

(a)

Department head's responsibility. It is the responsibility of each department supervisor to ensure that each of his subordinates is instructed in the use of these purchasing procedures.

(b)

Personal liability for nonconforming purchases. Any purchase made not in accordance with these procedures automatically becomes the direct, personal obligation of the individual making such purchase.
