§ 2-21. Meetings.

(a)

Time of meetings. The city council shall hold regular meetings on the first Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m., unless otherwise ordered by the council. All meetings at which official actions are to be taken shall be open to the public.

(b)

Duty to attend. It shall be the duty of each member of the city council to attend each meeting of the city council, unless he is prevented by some unavoidable circumstance.
