§ 18-78. Operation of unlicensed premises unlawful.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate an adult bookstore, adult motion picture theater, adult mini-motion picture theater, adult hotel or motel, adult motion picture arcade, cabaret, escort bureau or adult business or adult dancing establishment unless such business shall have a currently valid license or permit, or shall have made proper application for renewal within the time required thereof under this article, which permit shall not be under suspension or permanently or conditionally revoked.
